Metanoia

  • St, Elizabeth Anne Seton Church 1377 East Main Street Shrub Oak, NY, 10588 United States (map)

The Metanoia gathering begins with a holy hour, this is a period designated for spiritual reflection and prayer. During the Holy hour we focus on having periods of silence which enables attendees to introspect and meditate on their faith. At a point in the hour we have a short reflections given on a thoughtfully, chosen topic. Following the Holy Hour, the Metanoia event transitions into a social gathering. This portion of the event is designed to foster and strengthen the relationships between community members.
